Provider Training Available!

Four Provider training videos are now available. These training videos will replace the onsite training we have previously held across the state.

You can view the training videos by clicking on Provider Home then Provider Portal and finally Provider Training Videos. Enjoy!

New link on Provider Home Page!

Now providers can access the consecutive appointments over 90 minutes form on the home page of the portal. This will be listed as “Linked appointment over 90 minutes” and will open a new tab with the form to be faxed to our call center.

We wanted to let you know that effective immediately, you are able to resume requesting Interpreter services through the Health Care Authority contract you currently have with CTS LanguageLink.

Please note:
• Any job previously cancelled due to state budget negotiations (July 3rd) will have to be requested again in your online portal.
• These jobs will not be automatically re-submitted by CTS

IMPORTANT NOTICE AFFECTING YOUR APPOINTMENTS

Dear Provider,

The State budget for the Interpreter Services Program has not been approved yet and CTS has been instructed to begin cancelling appointments. Please review your Onsite Jobs List for any changes that may have occurred, CTS will also send emails to the account contacts notifying them of jobs canceled. We will continue to update you as we have more information.

Now Alerting Providers on Interpreter Give Backs

We are now sending emails to the requesting provider whenever an interpreter gives the job back within 36 hours of the appointment start time. We will continue to search for available interpreters to accept your request; however, this is to better assist you in staying on top of the status of your interpreter requests. This will also help you determine if you need to utilize other agencies to fill your request. If you have any questions or concerns about these emails, please do not hesitate to reach out to Client Relations at HCAProviders@ctslanguagelink.com.

You may notice that when entering a new job location, Google Maps will assist you by suggesting a valid address; which will appear below as you type!
