We are now sending emails to the requesting provider whenever an interpreter gives the job back within 36 hours of the appointment start time. We will continue to search for available interpreters to accept your request; however, this is to better assist you in staying on top of the status of your interpreter requests. This will also help you determine if you need to utilize other agencies to fill your request. If you have any questions or concerns about these emails, please do not hesitate to reach out to Client Relations at HCAProviders@ctslanguagelink.com.
You may notice that when entering a new job location, Google Maps will assist you by suggesting a valid address; which will appear below as you type! CTS has updated our language list to be more representative of languages requested by providers. Please note this may affect your interpreter requests if you utilize our bulk upload method. Each field will need to be identical to the options listed on the individual request form. For your convenience we will provide you with our updated language list soon.

We wanted to let you know that effective immediately, you are able to resume requesting Interpreter services through the Health Care Authority contract you currently have with CTS LanguageLink.
- Any job previously cancelled due to state budget negotiations (July 1st – 3rd) will have to be requested again in your online portal.
- These jobs will not be automatically re-submitted by CTS

Lynnwood’s medical and social outreach will be held Thursday June 11, 2015 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Hampton Inn & Suites. The address is 19324 Alderwood Mall Pkwy Lynnwood, WA 98036
Kennewick’s medical and social outreach will be held Thursday June 18th, 2015 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the SpringHill Suites. The address is 7048 W Grandridge Blvd, Kennewick, WA 99336.
Have you experienced the portal auto-populating the “Your Information” section with someone else’s information? In an effort to bring a more user friendly portal and emphasize HIPAA compliance we are hoping that this update will encourage providers to create “Contacts” within the account. The Administrator, or account contact, will need to add individual users by clicking on “Administration” and then “Contacts.” By clicking “New” and filling out the form, each person will be able to have their own username and password. This list of contacts allows for easy management as employees switch roles, departments, or jobs.
