Now Alerting Providers on Interpreter Give Backs

We are now sending emails to the requesting provider whenever an interpreter gives the job back within 36 hours of the appointment start time. We will continue to search for available interpreters to accept your request; however, this is to better assist you in staying on top of the status of your interpreter requests. This will also help you determine if you need to utilize other agencies to fill your request.
